Have you ever seen a building in motion that actually changes its
shape? Sounds unbelievable but not to Dr. David Fisher. This building
will never appear exactly the same twice.
It is amazing but you will have the choice of waking up to sunrise in
your bedroom and enjoying sunsets over the ocean at dinner.
In addition to being such an incredible engineering miracle it will
produce energy for itself and even for other buildings because it will
have wind turbines fitted between each rotating floor (picture 2). So an
80-story building will have up to 79 wind turbines, making it a true
green power plant.

Creative Food Arts
If you follow our Facebook page,
you may have noticed that we’ve been sharing a lot of new works of
Brock Davis lately. Seeing his great interest in food, I’ve decided that
his creative food art is worth a separate entry.
Brock Davis is a Minneapolis-based
artist and creative director with a knack for creating ground-breaking
work. Brock has worked in advertising for the past 17 years. When he
isn’t busy making ads he’s busy making other things, like one piece of
art every day for a year in his “Make Something Cool Every Day” project.
Whether he’s building a tiny treehouse
on a head of broccoli or teaching a dog to drive a Subaru, Brock creates
every piece with the same purpose in mind: Make work that people want
to talk about and have fun doing it.

Creative Ads Made to Stop You Smoking
To tell you the truth, I don’t believe that even the most creative anti-smoking advertisement can make you quit smoking after you see it. It’s just not how the things work.
When a smoker runs into another
anti-smoking ad, often the reaction is – “yes maybe it is cool, but it
won’t make me quit – it’s a waste of time and money”. Well of course,
one single ad won’t change your mind in a second, but it does create the
awareness that smoking is a BAD thing, and when a
message is being repeated over an over again – it finds its place
somewhere deep inside your unconscious mind.
It takes time, but some day it may build
up, and it will seem as though as YOU have an idea – “smoking is really
a stupid thing to do, I quit!” What may seem as your own idea, could be
a huge job of those creative antismoking ads you used to see everywhere.
